Lifan’s 520 is totally different from old time, not a minute too soon. The previous 520 was looking seriously dated from the moment it was launched.
We see redesigned bumper and grille, turn signals integrated into the side mirrors, and new headlights with LEDs in the front. The rear got completely redesigned and much better looking taillights as well. The wheelbase is also 10mm longer now, bringing it to a still unimpressive 2550mm. But passengers in the rear seats should have some more room now.
There are no shots of the interior, but rumor has it that it’s also been redesigned.
The price should be 60 to 90 thousand yuan. There are no new engine options immediately available, which means it will use the same 1.3L and 1.5L engines used by the current model. Transmission is still only manual. The new self-developed 1.2T engine might be show up in this horizon though.
